We are recruiting for Graduate Learning Support Assistants to support secondary schools across Greater Manchester to work on a full time, part-time or day-to-day basis for the rest of the academic year.
What does a Graduate Learning Support Assistant do?
* Supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis to ensure they are succeeding both academically and pastorally, responding to their individual needs
* Working alongside class teachers and other school staff, providing essential additional support
* Promoting the inclusion and acceptance of all students, improving the whole school learning journey
* Delivering catch-up and intervention sessions
What will you need for this job?
* Recent university degree
* Based within Greater Manchester
* Clear desire to work with children and young people
* Previous experience working with children and young people would be beneficial, but not essential
* Willingness to undertake relevant CPD training as required by Milk Education and your placement school
