This is a Senior Developer role with real scope - combining hands-on development with the opportunity to shape how systems are built, deployed and improved.
Youll play a key role in developing and enhancing applications across a modern tech stack, while also acting as a go-to for complex technical challenges and supporting the wider team.
The role
Youll be responsible for designing and building high-quality applications using C#, .NET and Umbraco, alongside Node.js and MySQL. Alongside development, youll take ownership of CI/CD processes, helping to improve build pipelines, deployments and overall delivery efficiency.
Youll work closely with a small, collaborative team (c.6 developers), mentoring junior colleagues and stepping in to support architectural decisions when needed. This role also includes involvement in incident resolution and continuous improvement across systems and processes.
What were looking for
Were looking for someone with strong experience across C#, .NET and Umbraco, who is comfortable working across the full development lifecycle. Experience with Azure, modern tooling and CI/CD pipelines is important, alongside a solid understanding of Agile delivery.
This isnt a line management role, but youll enjoy supporting others and sharing knowledge, while still remaining hands-on.
