New Homes Sales Executive\n Manchester\n Full Time\n Temp-Perm Summary:\n We are currently recruiting for an experienced New Homes Sales Executive in Manchester to join a leading Housing Association, supporting frontline property sales across Shared Ownership, Private Sale, and other tenures. THE ROLE\n As a New Homes Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales performance across multiple developments, acting as a brand ambassador for the organisation.\nDeliver sales targets across Shared Ownership, Private Sales and related products\nManage leads, viewings, reservations and customer engagement efficiently\nLiaise with solicitors, brokers, and internal teams to progress sales\nProvide expert guidance to customers on eligibility, affordability, and legal requirements\nConduct sales viewings, home launches, and attend promotional events\nEnsure compliance with Homes England and GLA guidelines\nMaintain show homes and sales suites to a high standardTHE CANDIDATE\n We are seeking a candidate with previous experience in new homes sales or a similar housing sales environment.\nProven background in Shared Ownership, Help to Buy, and Private Sale\nStrong customer service and sales negotiation skills\nExperience managing property sales pipelines and progressing leads\nConfident communicating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders\nAbility to understand technical property plans and explain them clearly to buyersTHE CONTRACT\n Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm\n Length of Contract: 3 Month Contract, temporary\n Rate: The pay for the role is £20.00 per hour LTD company rate. The PAYE equivalent is £17.16 per hour, inclusive of holiday.
