Sales Executive (Internal Sales Representative - Office-Based) Immediate start
Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and confident Sales Executive to join our team. This office-based role is crucial in supporting business growth through proactive customer engagement, efficient order management, and the development of new sales opportunities. You will build strong customer relationships, handle incoming sales enquiries, and actively contribute to achieving the company's sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
* Generate and process customer quotations and orders accurately and efficiently.
* Manage delivery schedules and ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
* Respond professionally to incoming sales enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
* Proactively offer alternative products or solutions to meet customer needs.
Business Development & Outbound Sales
* Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to identify sales opportunities.
* Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through proactive outreach.
* Follow up on warm leads, quotes, and historical customers to drive repeat business.
* Support revenue growth by promoting new products, services, and promotions.
Operational & Team Support
* Work closely with the external sales team to support customer accounts and sales initiatives.
* Provide reliable office-based support to streamline the overall sales function.
* Contribute to branch sales targets and support the rollout of sales strategies.
* Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems as needed.
Additional Responsibilities
* Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
* Stay informed on product ranges, market trends, and sales campaigns to maximise effectiveness.
* Assist with administrative tasks related to sales operations.
