Hospitality Sales Executive – Nottingham Forest
We are looking for a Hospitality Sales Executive to join Nottingham Forest Football Club. This role is based at The City Ground, Nottingham, and will involve working onsite full‑time (37.5 hours per week) to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences to the club’s supporters.

Role Overview
As the Hospitality Sales Executive you will manage commercial operations, ensuring efficient commerce and high‑quality hospitality for NFFC supporters. You will be the key point of contact for premium members, hospitality bookers, and commercial partners.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
* Respond to customer enquiries, acting as the point of contact for premium members and bookers via telephone and hospitality emails.
* Manage all inbound and outbound sales and process payments for hospitality bookers.
* Fulfil tickets for match‑by‑match bookers and assist with the set‑up of matchday operations across all premium areas.
* Provide administrative support to the Commercial Sales Manager and department.
* Ensure all billing is up to date for seasonal clients.
* Manage player sponsorship packages and maximise revenue from existing seasonal members.
* Market hospitality events to existing clients, maximise repeat business and cross‑selling opportunities.
* Deliver an exceptional matchday experience to all hospitality customers and grow non‑football revenue by promoting commercial opportunities.
* Organise and sell special events such as golf days, international cricket and corporate away trips.
* Network with commercial teams in the Premier League and other industries to share best practice.
* Develop trusted relationships with existing and potential customers, maintaining regular contact throughout the season, especially on matchdays.
* Participate in club‑related non‑matchday events.
Skills, Experience and Knowledge
* Sales experience essential.
* Experience using ticketing systems and analysing data.
* Familiarity with behind‑the‑scenes aspects of a football club.
* Excellent attention to detail and sound numeracy skills.
* Good organisational skills, able to prioritise and manage own workload.
* Clear communication on all levels, experienced in dealing with members of the public.
* Ability to work well under pressure and flexible to respond to out‑of‑hours and short‑notice issues.
