This position is essential in helping us expand our clientele and deliver bespoke evening dinner engagements that foster valuable connections.
About the Role
As a Delegate Sales Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Conducting comprehensive research to identify target companies and understand their market focus and goals.
* Engaging with C-suite executives and building rapport to generate sales and establish lasting client relationships.
* Utilising various marketing sources such as LinkedIn, emails, and cold calling to reach out to prospects.
* Meeting personal and team targets in a fast-paced sales environment, with a focus on achieving results.
* Managing and prioritising your workload efficiently to maximise productivity.
About You
* Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Ability to identify business opportunities through in-depth research.
* Commitment to providing quality service by upholding Kinetic Alliance standards.
* Professional and confident telephone manner when speaking to C-suite executives.
* Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve personal targets and increase commission.
* Proven ability to build excellent client rapport.
