What you’ll do:
* Define and manage enterprise and information architecture roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
* Design and deliver end-to-end architectures ensuring transparency, coherence, and scalability.
* Communicate data strategy and operating models to executives, platform teams, business units, and external partners.
* Enable AI/GenAI adoption across the organisation, ensuring ethical and responsible practices.
* Mentor and coach junior architects, analysts, and data teams to grow capability.
* Shape standards, patterns, policies, and vision statements for data architecture.
* Champion innovation by leveraging emerging data technologies to enhance efficiency and agility.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR) and support governance initiatives.
About You:
* Experienced Data Architect/Engineer (5+ years)
* Skilled in data mesh, cloud platforms, data modelling, integration patterns, and AI/GenAI enablement.
* Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
* Excellent communicator and mentor, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and outcomes driven.
