OverviewReporting to the VP of HR, the Senior HR Manager is responsible and accountable for delivering all aspects of HR Policies for the UK, Italy and Singapore functions. The Senior HR Manager is responsible the development of an effective Employee Relations programme, the delivery of employee development, the effective management of employee benefits and ensuring the welfare and safety of employees.Duties & ResponsibilitiesOrganisational Change initiatives for the International BusinessesPolicy is implemented effectively and consistentlyHR Support to all ManagementHES initiatives on Succession Planning, Management Training, Compliance and RecruitmentEffectiveness and compliance for UK, Italy and Singapore PayrollsTax account for the UK payroll, inclusive of all related filingsImprovements in Employee Engagement and CommunicationSupporting and the on-going development of an effective HR teamRestructuring actions and lead all Major InvestigationsPolicies and procedures that comply with National LawDelivery of Welfare services to all EmployeesAdherence to functional processes and procedures and at all times ensure own compliance to their Code of Conduct, Ethics and Business Conduct Policy, and health & safety practicesDevelop strong relationships with Employee RepresentativesSkills and Experience:Minimum 5 years’ hands on experience with a proven track record as a HR Generalist in a Manufacturing environmentQualified or relevant professional certification within HRA proven track record and experience of on timely meeting targets & tight deadlinesWorking successfully with international businesses and understanding the intricacies and nuances of various cultures and countriesUnderstanding & knowledge of legal aspects of Employment LawComfortable and confident with structured contract formation and terms and conditionsVerbal & written communication and presentation skills at all levelsStrong numerical reasoning and analytical skillsConfident understanding of Business operations & processes within a manufacturing environmentKnowledge of using Microsoft suite and ERP system – SAP preferredBenefits:Competitive salary and packageAnnual BonusOpportunities for career advancement in a supportive and innovative work environment
