We’re working with a growing environmental services company to recruit a Graduate Field Sales Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their career to step into a client-facing role, develop strong commercial skills and build a long-term career in sales
The business operates across environmental and compliance-led services, supporting organisations across sectors such as healthcare, commercial and facilities management. You will be joining a team at an exciting stage of growth, where you can learn quickly and make a real impact.
As a Graduate Field Sales Executive, you will:
* Support new business development across a defined territory
* Identify and approach potential clients across sectors including healthcare and commercial businesses
* Build a pipeline through calls, emails, networking and research
* Attend face to face meetings to understand client needs and present solutions
* Learn how to sell a range of environmental and compliance services
* Prepare proposals and support the sales process through to close
* Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline using CRM systems
* Work closely with senior team members to develop your sales approach
* Deliver excellent service and build long-term client relationships
What we’re looking for:
* A recent graduate or someone looking to start a career in sales
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident speaking to clients and building relationships
* Highly motivated, driven and eager to learn
* Organised with good attention to detail
* Willingness to work in an office-based role Monday to Friday
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
