About the Role:
Join Bright Stars as a Quality Manager! You’ll ensure our nurseries meet regulatory standards for learning, development, safeguarding, and welfare. Your role includes conducting audits and inspections, supporting and developing training, and advising on best practices to enhance the quality of education.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct quality and regulatory audits and inspections in line with statutory frameworks and inspection guidelines.
* Provide evidence-based reports and recommendations for improvement.
* Advise and coach nursery managers to reach their full potential and implement new strategies and initiatives.
* Promote a culture of safety and compliance.
* Support quality improvement and policy development.
