This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant, ideally from an agency background, who's looking to gain valuable in-house experience working directly with hiring managers and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a range of roles across the organisation. Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective attraction strategies. Advertise vacancies across job boards, social media, and internal channels. Proactively source and engage candidates through direct search, networking, and referrals. Screen CVs, conduct telephone interviews, and coordinate interview processes. Manage candidate communication, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout. Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports using internal systems. Support wider HR and recruitment projects as required. About You Proven experience as a Recruiter, ideally within an agency or internal environment. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Confident in managing multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, organised, and able to deliver results with minimal supervision. A team player with a passion for people and recruitment.
