The projects are at various stages – one site has residents in properties for aftercare, another is at final finish. Some are at 1st fix and some are yet to come out of the ground. All are based within the same town in Kent and the largest comprises of 5 flats. The successful Site Manager will be overseeing works on all sites, ensuring that works are being completed safely, to programme and within budget.
To be considered for this Site Manager role, you must have valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates. You will also have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
This Site Manager position is being offered on a freelance basis paying around £280 a day all in – we can pay LTD or CIS.
