Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic associate to support our performance and paid marketing team across various activities. As an early-stage business, you will work in an agile environment alongside teams such as marketing technology, data, and decision science, with ample opportunities to build your skills and make an impact.

As a Performance Marketing Data Associate in our Marketing team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all performance and paid media analytics, reporting, and measurement initiatives. Our culture values curiosity, honesty, and passion, and we seek individuals who want to expand their skills in an exciting new venture. This position offers a unique opportunity to operate in a dynamic environment within the firm, where we work in a hyper-collaborative way and value behaviors such as putting customers first, valuing simplicity, making quick decisions, celebrating diverse ideas, and succeeding and failing together as a team.

Job Responsibilities:

* Serve as the marketing owner for all performance and paid media analytics and reporting, blending ad platform data with internal analytics and dashboarding tools.
* Produce and maintain all digital marketing reports to a high standard, supporting the day-to-day operations of the Paid Media team, including automating, iterating, and improving reporting and measurement capabilities.
* Collaborate closely with mar-tech on all tag and pixel implementation and ad tracking across web and attribution tracking for the app.
* Produce and maintain bespoke weekly and monthly reporting and insights for the UK banking and investment marketing teams.
* Work closely with the media marketing director and decision science team to deliver regular updates to media mix modeling and other advanced attribution projects.
* Develop forecasting tools for marketing performance and spend, providing insights around audience targeting segmentation strategies.
* Manage marketing data and measurement initiatives, working with internal stakeholders such as marketing technology, data, and decision science teams.
* Stay updated with market developments that may impact channel performance or attribution, understanding the controls and compliance of operating within Financial Services.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

* Relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within retail banking/fin-tech or digital-first organizations. Experience in a regulated industry is helpful.
* Highly analytical, with a focus on driving efficiencies across all marketing KPIs, and an expert in using marketing analytics tools with the ability to simplify complex data.
* BA/BS degree, ideally in marketing, applied mathematics/statistics, or business-related fields.
* A passionate, curious, and ambitious marketing data professional with excellent attention to detail, who enjoys working with large sets of marketing data in a fast-paced, target-driven organization, understanding how marketing data can drive business growth.
* Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing channels and advertising platforms and their integration.
* Bias towards action and a strong can-do attitude to achieve results and overcome obstacles quickly.
* Excellent communicator, both verbal and written, and a confident presenter. A self-starter who is comfortable working autonomously.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

* Experience with advanced attribution projects and media mix modeling.
* Familiarity with audience targeting segmentation strategies.
* Knowledge of compliance and controls within Financial Services.
