PeopleSoft Technical DeveloperLocation: Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 remote)Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per weekDuration: PermanentAbout:This business is an international leader in the aerospace, defence and energy markets, employing more than 9,000 people at over 40 manufacturing facilities and regional offices worldwide.This is not a purely support-focused role - you'll play a key part in developing, integrating, and modernising a large-scale PeopleSoft HCM platform that underpins critical HR processes globally (including payroll, talent acquisition and benefits).You'll join a small, highly technical international team, working across both BAU and project work, with a strong emphasis on integration development, system enhancement, and improving legacy architecture.Responsibilities of the role:Developing and enhancing PeopleSoft HCM solutions across a global environmentDesigning and building interfaces and integrations between PeopleSoft and external systemsMaintaining and improving a large number of existing integrations, including modernising legacy interfacesTroubleshooting and resolving system issues, including code-level fixesTranslating business requirements into scalable technical solutionsSupporting ongoing initiatives to improve system performance, automation and user experienceCollaborating with HR, IT and global stakeholders on new features and enhancementsSkills required:Strong background in PeopleSoft developmentExperience with: PeopleTools / PeopleCodeApplication Engine / Application DesignerIntegration BrokerSQL / PL-SQLXML, REST APIs, SFTPProven experience building and maintaining system integrations and interfacesAbility to work across both support and development in a live enterprise systemTPBN1_UKTJ
