Role Overview
We're seeking a Developer to join our growing Solutions team.
This is a unique opportunity to work within a consultancy, interfacing directly with clients in creating bespoke solutions for performance improvement challenges. Embedded within our consulting team, you'll help translate complex customer needs into standalone technology solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing business systems.
The role will encompass:
* Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with clients to understand complex business requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions that drive operational improvements
* Solution Development: Build impactful web applications using React.js, VS Code, and Next.js, leveraging AI tools to deliver solutions faster than traditional development approaches
* Client Engagement: Support the team in presenting findings and solutions to stakeholders, contributing to collaborative client interactions that shape business outcomes
* System Integration: Develop solutions that seamlessly integrate with ERP systems (Enterprise Resource Planning) and other existing client platforms
* Platform Development: Utilise Microsoft Power Platform tools to enhance existing client capabilities and create low-code solutions
* Continuous Learning: Stay current with emerging technologies and development practices in an AI-enhanced development environment, building expertise that sets you apart in the market
Requirements
* Familiarity with React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks
* Understanding of ERP systems and system integration concepts
* Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
* Experience with VS Code or similar development environments
* Knowledge of manufacturing or supply chain processes
* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience
