The Opportunity This is a dual-focused Sales and Recruitment role centred around outbound business development, relationship building, and consultative selling. You will take ownership of building your own client portfolio while sourcing and placing high-quality candidates into leading organisations. Key Responsibilities - Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, networking, and targeted outreach - Build and develop long-term partnerships with clients across the Accountancy & Finance market - Identify and engage top talent using modern sourcing tools and platforms Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement - Provide consultative career advice and interview preparation to candidates - Deliver market insight and recruitment solutions to clients - Manage your pipeline, targets, and personal performance metrics - Build your own desk and establish yourself as a market specialist Who Were Looking For We want confident, driven individuals who enjoy outbound engagement and are motivated by achieving results.
