Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 plus £6,000 - £8,000 bonus, 33 days holiday.

Role and Responsibilities:
1. A motivated product range salesperson with experience in account management, sales support, new business, sales admin, and B2B sales.
2. Experience with a large product portfolio, energy, personality, and ability to spot opportunities and ask the right questions.
3. Resilient and comfortable dealing with engineers, manufacturing, and industrial clients.
4. At least 2 years of solid B2B sales experience, capable of driving and reporting to a motivated and dynamic Sales Director.
5. Willing to earn bonuses and help develop the territory.
Location: Commutable distance to Rugby HQ. This is an office-based role.
