As a HR Manager you will be:
6. Developing and implementing our Human Relations strategy to support business growth
7. Reviewing and improving Human Relations policies to ensure compliance and efficiency
8. Providing expert advice on Human Relations related matters to senior leadership
9. Driving employee engagement, wellbeing, and DEI initiatives
10. Supporting performance and absence management across the business
11. Leading strategic Human Relations projects including Investors in People, ISO9001 and B-Corp accreditation

17. CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification (or equivalent experience)
18. Mental Health Practitioner certification (or relevant experience)
