Part-time Description HR Manager – Multi-Specialty Ambulatory Surgery Center We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team at our multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgery Center. This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to support our staff, managers, and overall mission by overseeing a comprehensive range of human resources functions. Key Responsibilities: - Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and equitable offerings - Develop and implement employee communication strategies to promote engagement and transparency - Oversee employee data management, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality - Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution support - Administer employment authorization processes and ensure compliance with immigration regulations - Stay current with employment law and ensure organizational adherence to legal requirements - Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts to attract and retain top talent - Develop, implement, and administer HR policies and procedures - Ensure compliance with HR regulatory environment and maintain documentation for audits - Manage Paylocity, our Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) to streamline HR processes - Oversee onboarding processes to facilitate smooth integration of new employees - Support organizational change management initiatives - Develop and oversee performance management programs to promote employee development - Implement and monitor safety policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory standards - Administer salary programs and ensure equitable compensation practices - Deliver training sessions to enhance staff skills and organizational knowledge Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred - Proven experience in HR management within healthcare or ambulatory surgery settings - Knowledgeable in Joint Commission Standards - Strong knowledge of employment law, HR regulatory environment, and compliance standards - Experience with Paylocity - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing organizational needs - Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and implement performance management programs - Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture Join our organization and be part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care while supporting our staff’s growth and well-being.
