We need someone who can act as the technical authority for shaping, governing, and evolving our developer ecosystem. We want experience managing developer platform strategy, governance, standards, policies, and lifecycle. We need knowledge of securing, scaling, and modernising developer platforms in an enterprise environment. We are looking for experience with developer tooling such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Power Platform. We need someone who can enable self-service provisioning, automation, and standardised tooling patterns. We want someone who can define support models, resilience, service management, and monitoring for platform operations. We need a professional who can lead adoption, change management, documentation, and technical guidance for engineering teams. Responsibilities: We will rely on you to own the developer platform landscape from strategy through execution, governance, and continuous improvement. We need you to own governance, standards, and policies for our developer platforms. You will ensure our platforms remain secure, compliant, and aligned with enterprise architecture. You will act as the decision authority on platform usage, integrations, and tooling. You will manage our developer tooling portfolio, including Azure DevOps, GitHub, Power Platform, and related tools. You will define platform lifecycles, including onboarding, upgrades, and retirement. You will shape platform roadmaps aligned to our business goals and Microsoft ecosystem direction. You will enable self-service environments, repositories, and pipelines. You will embed security and compliance guardrails into provisioning and automation. You will track platform health, usage, and compliance and use insights to support optimisation and investment decisions. You will define support models, resilience, and service management approaches. You will lead platform adoption and change management. You will provide guidance, documentation, and technical leadership to engineering teams. You will support engineering teams and innovation initiatives across the organisation.
