What We Are Looking For
Are you a motivated and organized individual with a passion for HR? If so, we want you on our team! As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in our established HR function, contributing to a dynamic and progressive organization.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support across all HR functions.
* Manage employee documentation throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, pre-employment checks, performance reviews, and exit processes.
* Update the HR Database and internal systems with employment changes, ensuring payroll is notified.
* Handle inbound calls and manage HR central email accounts with professionalism.
* Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, both internal and external.
* Plan and prioritize your workload to meet Service Level Agreements.
* Maintain the security and confidentiality of all records and work undertaken.

* Skilled in managing change and conflicting priorities.
* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
* Proficient in the full Microsoft Office suite.
* A genuine interest in developing a career in HR.
Desirable Attributes: While not essential, the following will enhance your application:
* Previous experience in an HR department or office environment.
* CIPD qualification or a willingness to pursue it.
