Due to an upcoming maternity absence we are hiring for our client an award-winning construction organisation based in County Tyrone who are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join their team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly successful and growing business supporting the HR team across recruitment onboarding training and development compliance employee engagement and HR projects. The successful HR Officer will enjoy a varied generalist role within a collaborative and people-focused environment.

The Role
* Manage recruitment activities including advertising vacancies liaising with agencies and supporting interviews
* Prepare contracts offer letters and new starter documentation
* Coordinate onboarding activities and deliver company inductions
* Conduct new starter reviews and provide feedback to management teams
* Manage offboarding processes including exit interviews and reporting
* Monitor training compliance identify training gaps and coordinate external training requirements
* Support the design and delivery of internal training programmes
* Assist with HR reporting and data analysis for senior leadership meetings
* Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of HR information
* Support HR projects and wider people initiatives across the business
The Person
* Third level qualification in HR or a related discipline
* Minimum of 3 years HR generalist experience
* CIPD qualified or currently working towards qualification
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong IT skills particularly Microsoft Excel and Outlook
* Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Full driving licence
