Site Manager Residential Project Omagh Salary - Depending On experience We are working with a leading NI contractor with an exceptional track record in residential build projects to recruit for their new Site Manager to join them in Omagh. Leading residential sites you will be overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and trades Maintain full Health & Safety compliance across the site Plan and manage materials, labour, and programme of works Lead site meetings, briefings, and toolbox talks Resolve on-site issues efficiently to keep programmes on track What we are looking for Hands on Site Management experience on residential build projects Excellent health, safety & site compliance record Strong people leaderships skills CSCS Card (Manager level preferred) Clean driving licence Skills: Construction Civils Residential ADZN1_NI
