Site Manager
Location: Banbury
Duration: 4 weeks
Start: 8th June
Finish: 1st July
Rate: £270- £300 per day
We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to provide cover on a busy Amazon Logistics site in Banbury. This is a short‑term assignment overseeing day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and smooth project delivery while the main Site Manager is away.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily site activities and subcontractor coordination
* Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance
* Ensure works progress according to programme
* Liaise with project teams, stakeholders, and on‑site Amazon representatives
* Maintain site records, inductions, and reporting
Required Certifications
* SMSTS
* First Aid at Work
* CSCS Black/Gold Card
* Asbestos Awareness
Ideal Candidate Background
* Previous experience working on similar logistics/industrial projects
* Strong site management and communication skills
* Ability to step in and take full control of site operations with minimal handover
