Founding UK Sales Executive (SaaS)

This is a rare chance to be the first-ever UK sales hire for a well-funded, high-growth SaaS company expanding rapidly across the UK, Europe and the US.
You’ll have real ownership, visibility with senior leadership and the opportunity to build the UK sales function from the ground up.
The role
£50–60k base, £100k-120k OTE with accelerated commission
* You’ll own the full sales cycle, attend key industry events, build partnerships within the accounting software ecosystem and help shape UK sales strategy as a founding team member.
* You'll have an existing base of UK customers with a huge prospect account list to proactively target.
* You'll be selling to SME accountancy practices with strong conference-led lead generation so in-person sales skills are valuable.
Progression
This role is designed to move into Sales Lead within 2–3 years, with 12–15 UK hires planned and the opportunity to go on to build and lead the UK sales team.
About you
B2B SaaS sales background, confident with cold outreach, comfortable working autonomously and motivated by responsibility, earnings and long-term leadership.
