As the Cluster Human Resources Manager you hold
responsibility for the HR performance throughout the hotels within your
cluster. The Cluster HR Manager reports directly to the Group HR Manager and
will have strong working relationships with each hotel’s General Manager.
Day in the life of:
This is a hybrid role. You will be present in
the business to boost awareness and engagement throughout the hotels. The
role will oversee the Company's Midlands cluster consisting of DoubleTree b
Hilton Sheffield, DoubleTree b Hilton Hull, DoubleTree b Hilton Lincoln, and
Holiday Inn Express Grimsby. Therefore, the ability to travel will be required.
This exciting role will oversee and drive the HR output for a
new opening DoubleTree hotel in Sheffield. Your day will be varied, and you
will operate as a true HR generalist. For example, you may be interviewing a
fantastic Restaurant Manager in the morning, coordinating training midday, and
working on an engagement project in the afternoon. So, with many different
priorities, you will need to be a highly organised, structured and action
driven individual who is able to communicate well and effectively manage
expectations.
