No recruitment experience is required. They’re looking for ambitious, driven, and confident individuals who are motivated by progression, success, and financial rewards.
What you’ll be doing:
* Sourcing and engaging candidates through LinkedIn and networking
* Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
* Managing the recruitment process from interview through to offer stage
* Developing sales, negotiation, and business development skills
* Becoming a specialist within your market sector

* £27,000 base salary
* Uncapped commission (£40k–£50k realistic Year 1 earnings)
