What youll bring Experience in retail, hospitality, or similar high-volume, fast-paced environments - youre used to handling multiple priorities at speed. The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery: you can set the direction and personally make things happen. Strong independent initiative - comfortable working autonomously, making sound judgements, and moving quickly. Solid ER and employment law knowledge, combined with practical problem-solving skills.
