Software Engineer – Dynamics Developer (x2 positions)

Could you bepart of a team responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of a range of products and services built upon Microsoft Dynamics 365?
Could you help support customer relationship and case management systems that are used by our front-line colleagues to deliver vitalhelp to those in need?
A day in the life of aSoftware Engineer – Dynamics Developerwill involve:
* Apply frameworks and patterns to support and maintain software and services, ensuring they well-managed, monitored, maintained up-to-date, secure, performant, and available to users, and are supported by operational runbooks.
* Capture and analyse user stories so that the user- and business-needs are well-understood, and our services have meaningful impact.
* Create testing prototypes, to be used to gain early user feedback to test and iterate design decisions.
* Manage documentation, knowledge repositories, and runbooks for service continuity, including managing the processes and testing the runbooks to ensure that service availability is maintained.
* Develop test plans and perform testing following recognised good practice, including system and acceptance testing, coordinating both functional and non-functional specifications.
* Use source code management processes allowing the rollback and restoration of services to their previous state should the change need to be reverted.
* Define and track measurable goals and their outcome throughout the lifecycle using goal-setting frameworks, such as Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
To be a successfulSoftware Engineer – Dynamics Developer, You’ll need:
* Strong Dynamics 365 skills with good knowledge of Dynamics 365 development practices.
* Strong configuration and customisation skills using standard connectors, plug-ins, workflows, and integrations.
* Strong development skillset using C# and JavaScript to build custom logic, integrations, and components.
* Good awareness of commercial software licensing agreements, such as Microsoft Enterprise Agreements and licencing of Power Apps.
* Good awareness of a variety of tools and techniques to monitor and test software applications and services, including functional, synthetic testing, integration testing, load testing, and chaos engineering.
* Good awareness of Azure Services such as App Service, Management, Event Hub,
* Solid experience being part of a team or individually, successfully implementing business services using Dynamics, such as relationship management and case management systems.
* Good design experience (UI / UX), creating prototypes and eliciting early user feedback, incorporating the feedback into design changes.
* Actively contributing to discussions about high-risk and complexity requirements and activities.
