HR Officer Belfast 12 month FTC (completion bonus) Award winning employer Hybrid working (3 days office/ 2WFH) Due to continued success and growth, our award winning, multi-site Client, based in Belfast, is keen to recruit an experienced HR Officer for a 12 month fixed term contract. Our Client is a well established employer with an impressive brand portfolio and multiple sites. The successful HR Officer (12 month FTC) will enjoy the fast pace and variety in dealing with a wide range of HR issues including employee relations, absence management, training and HR projects on engagement and wellbeing. The Role: Reporting to the HR Business Partner and working as part of an energised HR team Responsible for supporting resourcing, induction processes, probation, off boarding, retirement, HR KPIs, resolving payroll queries Assist managers in employee relation matters including investigations, disciplinary meetings etc Responsible for supporting and implementing engagement, communications and culture development initiatives on site Support wider HR initiatives and HR projects Advise on HR policies Coordinate, plan and deliver various training interventions.
