The Grounds Care Group is a well-established Grounds Maintenance, Gritting and Invasive Weed Management Company working with multiple multi-sector clients across the UK. Our business is growing and we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our new team as Business and Customer Service Manager. You will be responsible for leading our new frontline client help desk, building and managing the team and implementing effective business support systems to ensure a high level of client satisfaction. You will also be accountable for customer service and business support activities including sales administration and IT and office management within the busines s. Key responsibilities will include: The development and management of our client service desk including building and developing the team, creating standards, policies and procedures, monitoring and analysing key performance metrics and problem resolution. To lead the sales administration activity within the business ensuring efficient and timely support to the Sales and Account Managers. To oversee the companies IT systems to ensure full business support. To develop, implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure smooth business operations and standards compliance across the company. Requirements You will have previous Customer Service/Help Desk Management experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have successfully managed and developed a team.
