What are the pay and benefits? Time off and Flexibility Our Pobl Repairs Team covers areas between Haverfordwest and Monmouthshire, with our office base for this role being Swansea working across our West Wales properties Working days are predominately Monday to Friday days or you can work compressed hours on a 9-day fortnight. 26 days holiday, plus Bank holidays. Rising to 31 days with an extra day for each full year of service. Maternity & Adoption Leave: 20 weeks Paternity Leave: 3 weeks Money and Pensions The salary is £26,208 for a 40 hour full time permanent position Pension Choices: Defined Contribution (DC) Scheme with matched contributions up to 10%. Or, Defined Benefit (DB) 1/80 th of final salary for every year of service. Colleague Discount platform Where does the role fit in? This is a hands-on role where you’ll support our Multi Skilled Engineers on reactive maintenance jobs helping to fix issues as they arise in our tenants’ homes. You’ll: Predominately work alongside Multi Skilled Engineers with roofing and labouring tasks on site. Assist with groundwork, fencing, and slabbing Collect and deliver materials and supplies from suppliers like Jewsons Fit key safes to enable secure access to properties Ensure materials are on site and ready, helping the wider team work efficiently You'll be a key part of a close knit team that values reliability, professionalism, and doing the right thing for our customers. What skills and experience do you need? A full UK driving licence – essential Someone physically fit and ready for varied tasks in all weathers Ideally, experience in roofing support or general property maintenance Comfortable managing materials and logistics A team player with a professional and positive approach Experience in social housing is helpful but not essential Our values are positive, connected and considerate.
