Area Sales Representative
Waterlooville, Hampshire
£40,000 - £60,000 per annum + Generous Commission
Standard Hours: 8am 5pm (Flexibility required)
V3 Recruitment is working in partnership with a dynamic project and service-based engineering company based in Waterlooville. We are on the lookout for an experienced Area Sales Consultant to join their growing team.
The Role: This is a field-based role covering a designated territory, focused on both account management of existing customers and developing new business opportunities. You'll be working in a consultative, solutions-driven environment no high-pressure tactics here, just intelligent, relationship-led selling.
What You'll Be Doing:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
Generating new business through prospecting and networking
Understanding client needs and tailoring solutions accordingly
Managing single-tender contract negotiations with professionalism and confidence
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle
Working flexibly and independently, including early starts when required
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a B2B sales or field sales role
Strong consultative selling skills and a problem-solving mindset
Confident negotiator with the ability to handle complex sales cycles
A natural relationship builder who thrives in a customer-focused role
Flexible, methodical, and comfortable having difficult conversations when needed
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the assigned region
