We are seeking an experienced
HR Manager – UK & IRE
to support a leading pharmaceutical organisation in their global restructure. This role will act as a trusted partner to business leaders, providing strategic and operational HR expertise across UK and Ireland markets while ensuring alignment with global HR frameworks and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with regional and country leaders to deliver HR solutions aligned with business strategy
* Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational design
* Support change management initiatives, including restructurings, transformations, and M&A integration
* Ensure compliance with UK and Ireland labour laws, works councils, and local HR practices
* Contribute to the rollout and continuous improvement of global HR policies and programs
* Collaborate with global HR teams on talent, DE&I, rewards, and workforce planning initiatives
* Use HR data and insights to support decision-making and improve people outcomes
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* 3+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within a multinational or pharmaceutical/life sciences environment
* Strong knowledge of UK & IRE employment law and HR practices
* Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders in a complex, matrixed organization
* Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
* Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage
