Site Manager - St John Fisher Catholic Primary School, Loughton

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain the school premises in an excellent condition, both externally and internally.
* Oversee health & safety and security of the site, including daily lock/unlock during term time and selected holiday weeks.
* Manage external contractors, service works and small projects.
* Monitor site stock and order supplies as needed.
* Communicate effectively with pupils, staff, visitors and external agencies.
* Support the Catholic ethos of the school.
* Be available during unsocial hours for emergency call outs.
Required Skills and Experience
* High expectations for maintaining the school, ensuring an excellent condition.
* Knowledge and experience of operating a safe and secure site and compliance with H&S legislation.
* Ability to adapt schedules and demonstrate flexibility and initiative.
* Good IT skills.
* Excellent organisational and initiative-driven working style.
* Current full clean driving licence and readiness to drive the Trust minibus (training provided).

* Satisfactory references, medical clearance and an enhanced DBS check.
* Safeguarding checks and suitable clearance as stipulated by the Trust.
