Own and grow the French market for a global SaaS leader in EV charging and close high-value enterprise deals.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a high-performing Enterprise SaaS Sales Executive to build and grow our presence in the French market from the ground up, driving pipeline, strategy, and revenue.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership, product, and pre-sales teams, giving you the support needed to win complex enterprise deals, while playing a key role in scaling a high-growth, underpenetrated market critical to the company’s European expansion.

You must have:

1. Fluent French
2. Proven enterprise SaaS sales experience
3. A true new business (“hunter”) mindset

This is a highly autonomous hunter role where you will:

4. Build, own and convert your pipeline
5. Close complex, high-value SaaS deals
6. Engage directly with C-level stakeholders at Tier 1 organisations

What You’ll Be Doing

7. Own and deliver enterprise revenue growth across France and Europe
8. Lead end-to-end sales cycles (prospecting → negotiation → close) complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals, typically ranging from six to seven figures on complex SaaS deals
9. Sell CMS & EMS platforms to enterprise customers (CPOs, fleets, OEMs)
10. Build relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders
11. Develop and execute strategic account plans
12. Generate and qualify your own pipeline (with some marketing support)
13. Navigate long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (typically 3–9 months+)
14. Partner with product, solutions and leadership teams to win deals
15. Represent Driivz at customer meetings, industry events and conferences

What Success Looks Like

16. Closing large, multi-year enterprise SaaS deals (6–7 figure range)
17. Converting strategic opportunities in a high-growth, underpenetrated market
18. Building strong executive relationships across Europe
19. Consistently exceeding revenue targets


What We’re Looking For

Must-have:

20. Proven success in enterprise SaaS sales (10+ years)
21. Track record closing complex, high-value deals
22. Experience selling to Tier 1 organisations / C-suite
23. Strong pipeline generation and “hunter” mentality
24. Fluent or native French + strong English
25. Experience working remotely with high autonomy
26. Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC)

Nice to have:

27. Background in EV, energy, utilities, or related industries
28. Experience selling to OEMs, fleet operators, or charge point operators
