Responsibilities
* Stakeholder/Client Engagement: Uses data and metrics, along with an understanding of long-term business requirements, to advise on the implications of talent gaps. Leads the development of recruiting processes and strategies. Applies deep knowledge of factors relevant to the business and hiring managers' needs (e.g., time to hire, location, budget) to guide end-to-end hiring plans aligned with business needs. Consults on critical talent needs and opportunities, presenting information in a way that influences leaders to consider differentiated and alternative talent sources (e.g., competitive, diverse, nontraditional).
* Data Analysis & Hiring Plans: Analyzes relevant data and trends to provide insights and develop plans to meet hiring goals. Connects data to organizational goals and leads cross-group discussions to address broad hiring issues. Implements hiring plans for complex organizations or talent pools, considering both short-term and long-term needs (up to 12 months and beyond).
* Candidate Attraction: Leverages knowledge of competitor opportunities to highlight Microsoft's unique career advantages and rewards. Uses compelling messaging to motivate candidates. Shares success stories to assist sourcing and recruiting efforts. Tracks candidate activity and shares insights with stakeholders. Coaches clients to effectively communicate Microsoft's unique value proposition.
* Candidate Experience: Develops hiring plans that meet candidate needs, especially for critical and high-level searches. Owns the candidate experience, preparing candidates for subsequent phases. Enhances the experience proactively by identifying and mitigating factors that could negatively impact candidates.
* Operational Compliance & Excellence: Optimizes policies, systems, and processes organization-wide, guiding stakeholders on these changes. Maintains current documentation of candidates' qualifications and statuses in staffing systems, ensuring compliance (e.g., GDPR, Office of Federal Compliance Programs). Captures relevant data in recruiting platforms to generate meaningful insights.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree and extensive talent acquisition, HR, or related industry experience, or equivalent experience.
* Multiple years of AI recruiting and sourcing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree with extensive talent acquisition or HR experience, or Master's Degree with significant relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
* Ability to communicate effectively at an executive level, operate autonomously in ambiguous, global environments, and foster growth and success in teams.
