We are delighted to be able to offer an excellent opportunity for an accomplished administrator to join our clients team based in County Durham. This role will sit in the HR function predominantly assisting the HR team in their day-to-day activities with in the department, partnering with all departments to support the business goals. Hours of work are Monday-Friday 8.00am-4.30pm or 8.30am-5.00pm, the choice will be left up to the successful candidate. This is a permanent role that may commence in a temporary capacity initially. Duties of the role include; * General administration tasks to support the HR function. * Organise and maintain personnel records. * Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave) * Prepare documents such as Induction Packs, PPE requests, return to work history, exit interview data. * Supporting the collection of data for HR processes such as performance management, appraisal reviews. * Assistance in data collection in preparation for Customer, BRC and Ethical Audits and involvement in HR projects. * Coordinate annual refresher training programmes (i.e. manual handling, FLT, etc.) * Co-ordinating regular reviews of new starters training achievements. * Where requested, source, book and co-coordinate external training activities. * Keep accurate training records that are compr...
