The Recruitment Group is looking for an Internal Recruiter for 6 months, but could be longer, to join our Client in Loughborough. Source top talent through varied strategies, including postings, job boards, social media, networking, and outbound recruiting. Conduct screening interviews, assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organisation. Provide clear and timely communication with both candidates, hiring managers, and various other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process. Drive for results, be inquisitive, and perpetuate a sales and service orientation towards top candidates as a strong relationship builder.
