Caffyns are looking to recruit full-time Experienced Sales Executives to join our team at our Volvo showroom in Eastbourne.
The role is ideally suited to someone who is highly enthusiastic, well organised, enjoys learning new technology and has the desire to deliver an amazing customer experience.
A full Volvo training programme, supplied by the Volvo Group, leading to accredited status is provided alongside being part of our day‑day sales team.
When you’ll work
It’s a full-time position; 8:30 to 6:00 Monday to Friday (4 days), 8:30 to 5:00 Saturdays, 10:00 to 4:00 Sundays on a 1 in 3 rota basis.
Where you’ll work
Your place of work will be at our Eastbourne Volvo showroom.
What you’ll earn
Commensurate with skills and responsibilities.
What you’ll do each day
* Be positive and proactive
* Meet and communicate with customers, both existing and new to Caffyns
* Demonstrate the product and Volvo portfolio both in person and electronically
* Prepare quotations for customers
* Record customer interactions on Kompass
* Ensure that the site and online offerings are presentable and up to date
You’ll fit right in and thrive in this role if you:
* Are a confident people person, who thrives on working alone and in a team to achieve great outcomes for customers and Caffyns
* Maintain contact with customers after purchase to ensure customer satisfaction
* Can present information clearly and concisely
* Are able to present information clearly and concisely both in person, by video and in writing
It would be great if you also:
* Have previous experience in the motor industry
* Have successfully sold to consumers either within or outside the industry
