This is an opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join a well-established manufacturing business undergoing a period of significant growth and transformation.
Following substantial investment in people, processes and leadership capability, this role will play a key part in shaping culture, developing managers and supporting organisational change across a 24/7 operation of approximately 90 employees.

The Role
Reporting to the Site Director, you'll act as a trusted partner to operational leaders, providing both strategic and hands-on HR support while leading a small HR team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Partnering with the Plant Leadership Team and wider group to deliver people-focused business objectives
* Coaching and developing managers to strengthen leadership capability
* Supporting organisational change initiatives
* Oversee the onboarding process for all new employees
* Leading employee engagement and culture improvement programmes
* Providing expert employee relations guidance
* Developing learning and development initiatives
* Managing payroll and benefits processes
* Leading two direct reports within administration and payroll functions
The Candidate
We’re looking for a proactive HR professional who can demonstrate a history of influencing, challenging, and developing leaders within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The successful candidate will be:
* CIPD Qualified (Level 5 minimum, Level 7 preferred)
* A strategic thinker, able to understand wider business implications
* Experienced in a standalone or senior HR leadership role
* Experienced within an operational environment, ideally manufacturing, engineering, FMCG or similar
* Comfortable working within a fast-paced, 24/7 production environment
* A strong people manager who is experienced in coaching and developing leadership teams.
