As a UK Sales Executive based in Fareham, you’ll join a friendly, driven team that helps businesses stay connected through cutting-edge fibre, cloud, mobile, and satellite technologies.
You’ll start in our Fareham office, working closely with colleagues to gain hands-on experience and build confidence. After your probationary period, you’ll have the flexibility to move into a hybrid working pattern, combining office collaboration with focused remote work.
You’ll work with an existing database of prospects — no cold calling from scratch — while also exploring new opportunities across our estates, partners, and network of customers.
With comprehensive training and mentoring, you’ll have a clear pathway into exciting areas such as data centres, cloud infrastructure, and advanced network technologies.
What You’ll Be DoingExisting Opportunities
* Qualifying and progressing existing leads within our CRM.
* Booking meetings for yourself and supporting the wider sales team.
* Training, calling, and emailing to convert warm interest into real opportunities.
Existing Estates
* Making outbound calls to new companies within our existing estates.
* Conducting on-site walkabouts to identify new business opportunities.
* Producing feedback reports and opportunity updates.
Partner Meetings
* Engaging with our partner network, incentivising and enabling partners to self-serve.
* Supporting partners with product information, pricing, and promotions.
* Building strong, collaborative partner relationships.
Account Management
* Handling daily customer requests, renewals, and service updates.
* Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across our connectivity portfolio.
* Ensuring clients feel supported and informed every step of the way.
New Business Development
* Exploring new estates and partner discussions to generate fresh opportunities.
* Introducing prospects to our new Cloud Services and connectivity solutions.
* Contributing to strategic growth initiatives across the UK.
What We’re Looking For
* A university graduate (ideally in business, technology, or communications).
* A confident communicator who enjoys learning, problem-solving, and connecting with people.
* Inquisitive, optimistic, and proactive — ready to take ownership of your growth.
* Organised, approachable, and results-driven.
* Able to attend our Fareham office during your training and probationary period.
