Sales Executive – Wednesbury, West Midlands People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to join our well-established client based in Wednesbury, West Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving business growth, working closely with the Commercial Director and contributing to ambitious sales targets. This is an office based role and would be ideal for candidates with experience as a Sales Executive / Internal Sales Executive / Business Development Executive / Telesales Executive. Shifts: Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 16:00 & Friday: 07:30 – 13:00 Salary: £28,000 per annum (depending on experience) Benefits As a Sales Executive, you will receive: Full-time permanent role Opportunity to work within a growing and dynamic business Career progression and development opportunities Key Responsibilities As a Sales Executive, your duties will include (but are not limited to): Proactively generating new business opportunities through outbound calls and targeted prospecting Managing and developing a pipeline of sales opportunities using CRM systems Qualifying leads and converting enquiries into sales Building strong relationships with new and existing customers Supporting and executing sales campaigns to drive revenue growth Identifying key decision-makers and presenting suitable products and solutions Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records Handling inbound sales enquiries and converting them into opportunities Processing orders and managing the full sales cycle through to completion Liaising with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets and KPIs Essential Skills As a Sales Executive, you will need: Proven experience in a sales or business development role, with a strong focus on new business generation Confidence in cold calling and proactive outreach Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and customer data Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Good IT, numeracy, and administrative skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team A motivated, resilient, and results-driven mindset Desirable Experience Experience within a similar industry or commercial environment Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong negotiation and influencing skills Ability to understand technical products and clearly communicate value propositions Training Full training will be provided Ongoing support and development opportunities Apply If you are interested in this opportunity, apply today with your CV or contact our recruitment team for more information.
