We're INSYNERA — a digital agency building websites and running marketing for small businesses across the UK. We launched earlier this year, and we're growing fast. Our clients are local businesses — restaurants, tradespeople, retailers, professionals — who need a proper online presence and someone to help them get more customers.
We're looking for a sales executive who has sold before, knows how to have a real conversation with a business owner, and wants to earn well without being tied to a desk.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
You'll identify local SMBs who need a website or digital marketing, have discovery conversations, and close deals. We give you the tools, the scripts, the proposal templates, and a live professional website to show prospects. You bring the conversations and the close.
This isn't cold calling from a list of 10,000 numbers. You'll be targeting specific businesses in specific industries where we know there's demand — and where our product genuinely solves a real problem.
WHAT YOU'LL EARN
* 15% commission on every web project closed (projects range from £799–£2,999)
* 10% recurring monthly commission on every marketing retainer you bring in
* Close 4 projects in a month and earn £600–£1,800. Land two marketing retainers, and that becomes passive income paid every month.

* You've sold something before. B2B is ideal.
* You're comfortable reaching out cold — WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, phone.
* You understand small businesses.
* You want flexibility. This is freelance — you set your hours, you own your pipeline.
* You're based in the UK.
