The Opportunity & School Profile This Outstanding academy in Hampshire requires a dedicated and proactive Site Manager to oversee its extensive and modern teaching and learning facilities. The role is crucial in ensuring the school premises are safe, compliant, and conducive to the academy's high standards of academic excellence. Core Responsibilities & Scope Operational Management: Managing the daily schedule, key holding, and split shifts to cover opening and closing procedures during term time. Budget & Lettings: Assisting the Business Manager with managing the premises budget and overseeing logistics for community use and lettings. Maintenance: Implementing planned and reactive maintenance programmes, ensuring high quality of minor repairs, and coordinating large works. Compensation & Benefits Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (52 weeks per year). Salary Range: Competitive salary (ranging from £36,000 - £44,000 per annum).
