We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to join a global manufacturing organisation, leading and developing the customer service function to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

The Role

As Customer Service Manager, you will have full responsibility for leading the customer service team and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality service across all customer interactions. You will work cross‑functionally to optimise performance, strengthen governance, and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include

* Lead, motivate, and develop the customer service team

* Plan and prioritise people, budgets, and resources effectively

* Build team capability, accountability, and performance culture

* Monitor, report on, and improve customer service performance

* Ensure customer quality standards and regulatory compliance

* Lead and support the resolution of quality and customer issues

* Oversee warranty, returns, and corrective action processes

* Own customer account delivery and communications

* Maintain accurate demand forecasting and data integrity

* Coordinate cross‑functional responses to customer requirements

* Own commercial governance and risk management

* Maximise both customer satisfaction and business value

* Strengthen financial discipline and cost control

* Drive efficiency, process improvement, and capability development

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience in a Customer Service Manager or similar leadership role

* Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills

* Experience working within a manufacturing or operational environment

* A continuous improvement mindset with a data‑driven approach

* Ability to balance customer focus with commercial and operational priorities

Salary & Hours

* £60,000 per annum

* 39 hours per week

* Early finish on a Friday
