* Use multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, direct sourcing, market mapping, job boards) to engage top-tier talent.
Candidate Experience
* Champion a best-in-class candidate journey through timely communication, transparency, and structured interviews.
* Assess candidates beyond technical competencies, ensuring alignment with Quinbrook’s and Private Energy Partners’ values and culture.

* Lead the implementation of the new recruitment module within our HR Information System (Bob), scheduled for launch in 2026.
* Partner with HR and management to enhance and streamline onboarding processes globally.
* Partner with hiring managers to enhance their interviewing skills and candidate evaluation techniques, ensuring a best-practice approach to hiring
What You Bring:
* 5+ years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within renewable energy, infrastructure investment, private equity, or real assets sectors.
* Demonstrated success recruiting technical talent (engineers, project developers, investment analysts) and corporate professionals.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering directly with senior business leaders.
* Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and sourcing tools; experience supporting ATS/HRIS module implementations is a plus.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
* High standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Personal Attributes:
* A low-ego, high-accountability mindset — you are confident in your abilities, take ownership of outcomes, and thrive in an environment where impact is visible and there is nowhere to hide.
* A hands-on, “roll up your sleeves” approach; willing to flex between strategic talent advice and operational delivery as needed.
* High levels of personal resilience, adaptability, and professional maturity in a dynamic, growing environment.
