A growing digital transformation consultancy is seeking an experienced Oracle Application Developer to join their expanding team. Specialising in bespoke software development, legacy system support, and enterprise solutions, the business delivers tailored Oracle implementations that help clients streamline and modernise their operations.

This is an opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of Oracle CX Sales, ERP, Finance, and HR projects, contributing to high-impact enterprise transformation initiatives.


Location: Lincolnshire (Office-Based / Hybrid / Remote Options Available)

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £55,000–£60,000 (depending on experience)


The Role

As an Oracle Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and customising Oracle enterprise applications across multiple modules.

Working closely with business stakeholders and internal teams, you’ll translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions while ensuring system integrity, performance, and security.


What You’ll Be Doing:

* Designing, developing, and maintaining Oracle CX Sales, ERP, Finance, and HR applications.
* Gathering and analysing business requirements, producing clear technical specifications.
* Customising and extending Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications.
* Developing solutions using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle BI Publisher.
* Supporting system integrations across Oracle modules and third-party platforms.
* Participating in testing, validation, and deployment activities.
* Providing technical support and guidance to clients to ensure successful adoption.
* Staying current with Oracle technologies and recommending enhancements to improve functionality and efficiency.


Essential Skills & Experience:

* Minimum 3 years’ hands-on Oracle application development experience.
* Strong experience across Oracle CX Sales, ERP, Finance, and/or HR modules.
* Expertise in PL/SQL and Oracle development tools (Forms, Reports, BI Publisher).
* Experience customising Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
* Ability to engage with stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and structured SDLC environments.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.


Desirable Experience (Not Required):

* Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud.
* Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
* Oracle Fusion and Oracle SOA Suite.
* Oracle Cloud Applications (Fusion).
* Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional).
