Sales Executive - Loddon
Salary: £25,000-£30,000 OTE (basic + commission)
Job Type: Permanent
Start Date: 2-4 weeks (mid to late February)
Responsibilities
* Managing inbound and outbound sales calls within the construction sector
* Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
* Identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into sales
* Providing excellent customer service and strong product knowledge
* Working towards individual and team sales targets
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous sales experience (construction industry experience is desirable but not essential)
* Confident communicator with a proactive and positive approach
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high call volumes
* Results-driven with strong organisational skills
