About Our Client
My client is recognised as a market leader for innovative solutions to professional services organisations and they are looking for a HR Manager to join their team and work remotely.
Job Description
3. Support with employee benefits including quotes, management and employee communication of Health insurance, cycle to work, company phones and death in service.
4. Process monthly payroll including data collection, checking, processing, payments and reporting using Sage payroll and Accounts.
5. Managing the company pensions scheme including auto-enrolment, monthly submissions, and payments.
6. Processing third party supplier invoices including credit card expenses and payments.
7. Assisting with the roll out of Health and Safety procedures, including risk assessments.
8. Absence Management including administration of leaves, employee communications and sickness o management.
9. Co-ordination of performance management including KPI setting project timelines, line manager support and training.
10. Recruitment and promotion co-ordinations including job description updates, offer letter creation and third part recruiter relationship building.
11. Training co-ordination including liaising with external suppliers o Policy updates including employee handbook and GDPR.
12. Employee lifecycle management including on boarding, probation, maternity/paternity and off boarding.
13. Updating and maintenance of employee information
14. Employee communications and system management o Background checking management for the UK o Providing ad hoc and regular MIS reporting including sickness statistics, budgets, pay review etc.

The Successful Applicant
15. Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
16. Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team
17. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
18. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
19. Experience as a HR Manager is desirable
20. Sage knowledge is desirable
21. Can work autonomously
22. Enjoys variety
23. When there is a team meeting, can commute to Leicestershire on occasion
